Set against the stunning backdrop of AlUla, “Norah” transports us to 1990s Saudi Arabia—a time when conservatism stifled artistic expression. The film follows Norah, played by Maria Bahrawi, and Nader, a failed artist portrayed by Yaqoub Al-Farhan.
