Inventure Group’s IDH (Inventure International Development Holding) & SIDH (Syria Inventure International Development Holding) to revive the Heart of Syria’s economy, with 2 Largest City Development Projects – Damascus Gate and Levant Gate Latakia valued at $8 Billion US Dollars
As part of the Ministry of Tourism’s strategic development plan, and in the presence of Minister Mr. Mazen Al-Salhani, represented by Assistant Minister for Hotel and Quality Affairs Mr. Faraj Al-Qashqoush, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with IDH (Inventure International Development Holding – part of Inventure Group) and SIDH (Syria Inventure International Development Holding), represented by Chairman Mr. Fawaz Sawaf Al-Duwaji and Group CEO Mr. Karim Nakhle. The signing, attended by SIDH Director Mataz El Tinawi and key dignitaries, launches Syria’s largest economic initiative with two multibillion-dollar projects: Damascus Gate and Levant Gate Latakia, valued at $8 billion USD.
These landmark projects will include 2 AI & Datacenters, and widespread road and infrastructure rehabilitation. Inventure Group’s IDH & SIDH will oversee management, international partnerships, and attract sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, multilateral agencies, and development banks through joint ventures and investments with consortium members.
